Kidney Stone Natural Cures
Kidney Stones are solid concentrations of dissolved minerals in your urine.
They form inside the kidneys or bladder. Kidney Stones are described as one

kidney stones, treating kidney stones and preventive methods exist.

Drink Plenty of Fluids- The most important preventive to kidney stones is to
consistently satisfy your body's fluid needs. Water dilutes the urine which helps
prevent high concentrations of salts and minerals to clump together and form
stones. 8-10 glasses of water each day is the recommended average.

Limit Calcium to Prevent Kidney Stones- About 90 percent of kidney stones
consist of calcium. If you're taking calcium supplements, you should check
with your doctor to see if they're really necessary, as they may be the main
contributing factor of your kidney stones.

Evaluate your diet. Ensure that you're not consuming too many calcium-rich
foods such as milk, butter, cheese, and other dairy products. Almost all of your
calcium intake comes from dairy products, so limit them a bit.

Avoidable Stomach Medicines- Some antacids are very high in calcium
content. Check the ingredients, if you're taking a stomach medicine, to ensure
that it's not calcium based. If it is, look for another product.

Limit Oxalate-Rich Foods- Regularly, oxalate-foods are not to worry about. But
if you've had kidney stones, limiting your intake of foods such as beans,
blueberries, chocolate, celery, grapes, spinach, strawberries and tea may
prevent future kidney stones.

Prevent Kidney Stones by Being Active- Inactivity contributes towards the
accumulation of calcium in your bloodstream. What activity does is help pull
your body's calcium into your bones, where it should be. Get exercise daily.

Reduce your Salt Intake- If you've had calcium stones in the past, it's a good
idea to greatly reduce your salt intake. Reduce your consumption of table salt,
as well as salty foods.

Limit Protein Intake- If you've had stones in the past, it's a good idea to look at
your protein intake. Protein increases the amount of calcium, uric acid, and
phosphorus in your urine, which for some people, excess amounts likely will
lead to future kidney stones.
